Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require a small advance payment at the time of placing the order.
Why is an advance required for Cash on Delivery orders?
To ensure every order is fulfilled for a genuine customer, COD orders may occasionally require a partial advance payment. This helps us reduce undelivered shipments and allows our delivery partners to serve verified customers more efficiently. The advance amount is adjusted against your final order total.
How long does order confirmation take?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation within 1 business day. If you do not receive a confirmation after that, please reach out to us via the Contact page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We offer gift wrapping for an additional fee of ₹30, which can be selected at checkout. Your jewellery will be beautifully packaged — perfect for gifting.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 6–7 business days across India. While we always strive to meet this timeline, delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays or remote location factors.
Which courier service do you use?
We ship through Shiprocket, a leading logistics aggregator that partners with trusted courier services across India to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. All orders above ₹99 qualify for free shipping. There are no hidden delivery charges applied at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you can track it in real time through the Orders section in your AJUKI account. Simply log in with the same email address you used while placing the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network — stay tuned for updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and we will arrange a return pickup at no charge to you.
Who bears the return shipping cost?
If the product is defective or damaged, the return shipping is completely free. We arrange the pickup at our expense.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 6–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Product & Quality

Is your jewellery pure gold or silver?
No. AJUKI specialises in premium fashion jewellery. Our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel with premium gold, silver, and rose gold plating — selected for their durability, finish, and long-term wear.
How long does the plating last?
Our pieces use high-grade plating built to last with regular care. By keeping your jewellery away from water, perfumes, and lotions, you can expect the finish to remain intact for a long time.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Our products do not come with a formal warranty. However, if you receive a piece that is defective upon arrival, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes. All AJUKI jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it suitable for most skin types including sensitive skin.
What sizes are available?
Most of our jewellery is free size and designed to be universally wearable. For size-specific products, details are mentioned on the individual product page.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store them in a dry place, preferably in the original pouch or box provided, when not in use.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
We currently do not offer bulk or wholesale pricing. All orders are processed at standard retail rates.
