1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AJUKI website (ajuki.in) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About AJUKI

AJUKI is a fashion jewellery brand owned and operated by JK ENTERPRISES, a sole proprietorship firm based in Mumbai, India, registered under GSTIN 27KMMPK1438L1ZF. References to "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms mean JK ENTERPRISES, trading as AJUKI, and it is JK ENTERPRISES that contracts with you, issues your invoice, and processes any refund. We specialise in premium fashion jewellery crafted from stainless steel with high-quality gold, silver, and rose gold plating.

3. Products

All AJUKI products are fashion jewellery. They are not made of solid gold or sterling silver. We make every effort to accurately represent product colours, materials, and dimensions; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or photographic lighting. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require a partial advance payment to confirm the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled or modified at any point before the order is handed to the courier, which is usually within 24 hours of placement, by contacting our support team. Once a courier has collected the parcel the order can no longer be changed or stopped.

5. Shipping

We ship only within India. Standard delivery takes 6–7 business days. By Air delivery (3–4 business days) is available at an additional charge of ₹99. Free shipping is provided on all orders above ₹99. For full details, refer to our Shipping Information page.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video and photographs of the item received are required to process any return request. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For full details, refer to our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Communications

By placing an order or beginning checkout, you agree that we may contact you on the phone number and email address you provide, including on WhatsApp, about that order, confirmations, dispatch notices, tracking links, and delivery updates. These are part of fulfilling your purchase and are sent to all customers.

We may also send occasional promotional messages, including a reminder if you leave items in your cart without completing the order. You can stop these at any time by unticking the WhatsApp option at checkout, replying to ask us to stop, or emailing ajukisupport@gmail.com. Order-related messages will continue, as they are necessary to deliver what you have bought.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is the property of AJUKI and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

AJUKI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
