By accessing or using the AJUKI website (ajuki.in) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About AJUKI

AJUKI is a fashion jewellery brand trading under the name AJUKI, based in Mumbai, India. We specialise in premium fashion jewellery crafted from stainless steel with high-quality gold, silver, and rose gold plating.

3. Products

All AJUKI products are fashion/imitation jewellery. They are not made of solid gold or sterling silver. We make every effort to accurately represent product colours, materials, and dimensions; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or photographic lighting. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require a partial advance payment to confirm the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

5. Shipping

We ship only within India. Standard delivery takes 6–7 business days. Express delivery (3–4 business days) is available at an additional charge of ₹99. Free shipping is provided on all orders above ₹99. For full details, refer to our Shipping Information page.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video and photographs of the item received are required to process any return request. Approved refunds are processed within 6–7 business days. For full details, refer to our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of AJUKI and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AJUKI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
