Domestic Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our standard delivery partners.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999 within India. For orders below this amount, flat shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey through our Track Order page or the courier's website.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or building security. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours at support@litchi.in.
