Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day of placement. Once confirmed, your order is prepared and handed over to our logistics partner for dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship only within India. The following timelines apply from the date of dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 3–4 business days — available at an additional charge of ₹99, selectable at checkout
Delivery timelines are indicative. Occasional delays may occur due to courier constraints or remote location factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: All orders above ₹99
- Standard Shipping: ₹80 flat fee for orders below ₹99
- Express Shipping: ₹99 additional charge, regardless of order value
All applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Our Logistics Partners
We ship through Amazon Shipping, Ekart, and Shiprocket — trusted logistics partners covering deliveries across India. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location, and you'll receive tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified on WhatsApp and email with your tracking details. You can track your order in real time at www.ajuki.in/track, or through the Orders section in your AJUKI account.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbours or your building security. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours at ajukisupport@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88503 60295 and we will assist you promptly.
