Our Return Policy

We want you to love your AJUKI jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on pierced earrings unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at returns@litchi.in with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
