Our Return Policy
At AJUKI, every piece is quality-checked before dispatch. We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery for any reason — defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory. Return pickup is arranged and paid for by us.
Important: To be eligible for a return, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package and provide clear photographs of the item received. This documentation is required to process all return requests and protects both the customer and us in the event of any dispute.
Eligibility for Return
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package is mandatory.
- Clear photographs of the item received must be provided.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at ajukisupport@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and photographs of the item received.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping
For approved defective returns, return shipping is completely free. We arrange and bear the cost of the pickup — you do not need to ship the item yourself.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 6–7 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that bank processing times may vary and the credit may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
